INFORMATION REGARDING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR), we inform you that our company processes personal data provided to us by clients.
We inform you that the controller of personal data within the scope indicated in this document is Filipowski i Wspólnicy Spółka komandytowa, with its registered office in Poznań, at ul. Tylne Chwaliszewo 25, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court Poznań – Nowe Miasto i Wilda in Poznań, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number: 0000783580, REGON: 383181269, NIP: 7831801025 (hereinafter referred to as the Controller).
Your personal data will be processed:
on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR for the purpose of:
a) taking steps prior to entering into a contract at the request of the data subject or performing a contract to which the data subject is a party;
b) fulfilling a legal obligation incumbent upon the Controller;
on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – for purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, i.e.:
a) establishing, pursuing, or securing claims;
b) conducting quality analyses and statistics concerning services provided and products delivered;
c) archiving documents, including files related to business contact.
Recipients of your personal data are the Controller, its authorized employees and associates, as well as entities providing IT services, accounting services, and partners cooperating in the scope of legal assistance provided, including the employees and associates of such entities.
We inform you that you have the right to request from the Controller access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, to object to processing, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, such consent may be withdrawn at any time (withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal).
Retention period of personal data:
personal data processed for the purpose of concluding or performing a contract or fulfilling a legal obligation of the Controller will be stored for the duration of the contract, and after its termination for the period necessary to establish or pursue any claims held by or against the Controller, as well as for the period required to fulfill legal obligations of the Controller (e.g., resulting from tax or accounting regulations);
personal data processed for purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller will be processed until an objection to such processing is raised;
personal data processed on the basis of consent will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the General Inspector for Personal Data Protection or another supervisory authority (established in its place) if, in your opinion, the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR.
Your personal data will not be processed in the form of profiling [automated decision-making], nor will it be transferred to third countries.
