Legal Counsel. Since 1999: a member of the Poznań Bar Association of attorneys-at law. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. Student at the Poznan University of Economics and Business and Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium). In the years 2003 – 2019: the founder and managing partner of Siuda, Filipowski i Partnerzy. From October 2019, he has been a managing partner in Filipowski i Wspólnicy. From the beginning of his career, he has been providing consultancy and ongoing services to Polish and foreign business entities. He has many years of experience in commercial law and in litigation. Specialist in advertising law and intellectual property. He provides legal counselling on games of chance, including promotional lotteries. He obtained a certificate of the Minister of Finance in this respect. He also deals with the issues of construction law and public tenders. He has repeatedly appeared in tender cases before the Polish National Appeals Chamber. Permanent expert of the Wielkopolska Employers’ Association Lewiatan (member of PKPP Lewiatan).

From the beginning of her professional career, she has been providing consultancy and day-to-day services to business entities operating on the Polish and international market. She specializes in intellectual property law and advertising law. She has many years of experience in handling investment and construction processes, including in the area of public procurement. She has advised and represented entrepreneurs from the railway sector in tender proceedings before the National Appeals Chamber and courts.
